Rebounding after the global pandempic with this 2,500 attendee event was invigorating. As the only remaining member of the graphics team, I was responsible for overseeing branding from start to finish, beginning with concepting the look and feel, organizing brand assets, creating motion graphics and large scale environmental signage and seeing it through with developing budgets, finding vendors, determining signage locations and hitting the ground running onsite to oversee completion.
Beginning with a loose script, I used my extensive brand knowledge to collect graphics, stock footage and b-roll to create a visually engaging story across multiple stage screens, using a scratch track for timing. Then once on site I worked against the clock with the stage production team to fill in missing footage, render individual screen assets and refine timing. Seeing everything come together was a proud moment.
